Caspian sturgeon is the most valuable in terms of meat and caviar.
Kura river – natural living conditions. Aquaculture systems that are located in river. Sturgeons grow up under optimal conditions in a natural river landscape.
When the female sturgeons reach maturity and produce roe, the fish are brought from the natural environment to our nearby production centre.
In our production center, our staff determines the exact moment the sturgeon roe is ready for harvesting and production can proceed.
